At OHMYGAIA, we are committed to providing high-quality, natural products that our customers love. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds or replacements are available if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Discontinued items

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

Exchanges:

When Your Order is Marked “Delivered” but You Can’t Find It

We know how frustrating it can be when tracking shows your package has been delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found. While we’re not able to replace or refund orders once the carrier marks them as Delivered, we want to help you track it down.

Here are some quick steps that often solve the mystery:

  1. Check around your property – sometimes carriers leave packages in a hidden spot for safety.

  2. Ask neighbors or household members – it might have been accepted on your behalf.

  3. Contact USPS (or your delivery carrier) – give them your tracking number and request a “GPS Delivery Scan” to see the exact drop-off location.

Most of the time, packages turn up within a day or two!
If you’re still unable to locate it, your local post office is the best place to get additional details.

Thank you for understanding that once a package is marked as Delivered, ownership transfers to the recipient.
